The 2015 Workplace Excellence Awards celebrate exceptional achievement and innovation in the application of psychological principles in the workplace and recognise best practice in organisational psychology.
The awards are an initiative of the APS College of Organisational Psychologists, the professional body for psychologists with expertise in organisational psychology.
Jeanette Stott, Regional Manager and Psychologist at Relationships Australia South Australia, is as a finalist in the Organisational Design category for her entry called the Sound Partnership House.
The Sound Partnership House is an organisational design to structure, nurture, and maintain community partnerships based on Dr. John Gottman’s 2000-2011 Sound Relationship House; an evidence-based therapeutic mode for couples and family relationships.
The Sound Partnership House was used to build and sustain a community partnership known as the ‘the Walking on Eggshells Project.’ This project was driven by multiple community agencies to deliver educational and intervention resources to adolescents, families and the community to address children and adolescent violence.
