Congratulations to Laura, our staff member, who has won the Individual Community Sector award of the Governor’s Multicultural Awards.
These awards recognise South Australian organisations and individuals who promote the benefits of cultural diversity and community.
Laura moved to Australia in 2003 with her family and she is currently working as a Financial Counsellor and Development Officer for Relationships Australia South Australia.
In her interview with The Advertiser she said “my job is to promote health and wellbeing among the communities while also supporting families and engaging with clients”.
“I’m excited, honoured and humble to received this award” she said to the local newspaper.
