Alan Jenkins: Discovering Ethics as Parents and Partners: Working With Men in Family Violence
Alan is a consultant within both government-funded programmes and works in independent practice as a director of Nada Consultants; He is the author of ‘Invitations To Responsibility: The Therapeutic Engagement of Men Who are Violent and Abusive’
David Tully: Engaging Men around Ethics to Enhance Readiness for Change: What Can We Do to Engage More Men Consistently to Create Pathways for Change?
David is the Specialised Family Violence Practice Manager at Relationships Australia SA. He has worked in the area of domestic violence, childhood sexual assault and trauma for over twenty years as both Practitioner and Service Manager.
Amy Ambagtsheer: Enhancing the Safety of Women and Children; Perpetrator Accountability and Outcome Standards.
Amy is a Senior Project Officer – Perpetrator Interventions at the Office for Women, Department of Communities and Social Inclusion. She is responsible for leading and managing the development of a framework for South Australia relevant to the National Outcome Standards for Perpetrator Interventions (NOSPI).
Buol Juuk: Strengthening Restorative Practice among CALD Families: Engaging with CALD Men to Enhance Family violence
Buol is a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners and CALD Liaison Officer at Relationships Australia SA. He is a White Ribbon Ambassador and Author of ‘From Tyranny to Triumph’.
Panel discussion with industry experts will follow presentations. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided.
